Very nicely decorated three bedroom home close to the bike trail. A short ride to picturesque Rock Harbor. Very nicely landscaped. One King, two twins, one queen plus a sleep sofa will accommodate 8 comfortably. The brother owns the house next door so two large families could rent both properties. There is central air conditioning for those hot sticky days. Nice deck off the side. Walk to the Chocolate Sparrow and town in the evening via the bike trail! This is a Sunday-Sunday rental. Owner will do both this home and #38 Bridge Road for weekends for wedding parties in the off weeks. $125 Administrative Fee. Linen package available for 8 upon request for an additional cost of $195.00

Overall this place was great. Fully stocked kitchen with nice granite countertop, nice range, and everything you might need. 2 Grills on a comfortable deck. Open lofted living room with skylites was bright and was comfortable with nice furniture and good TV/internet connection. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We also liked the open floor plan design, and the layout with one master bedroom upstairs and two others downstairs. A/C and laundry machines worked well.
Location is very conveniently located 3 minutes away from grocery store and fish market. It's a woodsy location, so there are some mosquitos at night on the deck. We had a small issue with a tub not draining properly, but the property management people were working to resolve that in a timely manner.
Only 2 minor downsides, really. It's close to Rt. 6 so you can hear the traffic, although it's not very loud. The other thing is that this house is a sister property to a second one on the same lot closer to the road that shares a driveway. That in itself isn't an issue, but since the main living areas (kitchen, dining room, living room, deck) don't have closeable curtains, privacy at night with the lights on downstairs is lacking.
All in all, we were very pleased, and would definitely come again.
