The present Nauset Heights area was the farming site of the Indians. The last of their settlements lived in South Orleans. As you are meandering along the coast of the “elbow” of Cape Cod, you find yourself enjoying the beauty and the scenery of Pleasant Bay. The quaint villages of Chatham and Orleans are close by with all their restaurants, shops, galleries, and activities. Nauset and Skaket beaches are within easy reach. There are also many scenic trails along the shoreline.
